The upcoming Remake of the highly praised video game Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag using an updated version of the Anvil Engine. The remake is rumored to use technology and assets of the video game Skull and Bones and is rumored to be released Late 2025 to early 2026. Some reports claim that the Black Flag remake will “be more than just a visual upgrade” and will feature “new systems, with combat and ecosystems around wildlife specifically mentioned”.
