Brutal Minecraft Eternal (BM) - a modification developed on the second Doom engine, using the ports (Gzdoom and Zandronum). The mod has a characteristic style of the game Minecraft, with a lot of blood.

Brutal Doom Platinum is a fork of Brutal Doom designed to keep the original mod's vision, while adding polish, features, and variety. Previously known as 'Dox's Personalized Brutal Doom', this mod is in active development

Brutal Doom: Kickass Edition is (or Was) A Brutal Doom Fork by Coomslayer15/D Boi, Enhancing Gameplay, making it much more challenging, redesigning the weapons and adding new features to the pre-existing Brutal Doom format

This is the Brutal Wolfenstein's fan-made fork. it's based on Brutal Wolfenstein Version 4.5. This mod's concept is brings Amazing MachineGames Wolfenstein stuffs(Wolfenstein: The New Order, The Old Blood, The New Colossus, Youngblood) to Brutal Wolfenstein. Also, gives some enhance to Brutal Wolfenstein to be more cool.

In order to survive this behemoth of Brutal Doom, you need high alertness, accuracy, cover, and a desire for adventure (to find secrets and assets). Without just one of those, you'll die several times. This is the mod for everyone who craves (or simply wants) a hardcore version of brutal doom since it brings the intensity of Brutal Doom up to a 10 on a 1 point scale of badassery. If Project Brutality is like Brutal Doom on steroids, this version is like Brutal Doom on speed and crack cocaine. Monsters are up to an extreme level of relentlessness. For instance, the zombies are more accurate, have faster fire rates, and fire faster tracers. Imps can throw up to four fireballs in a single charge and they have a flamethrower attack for close range combat, their balls also scorch the ground for a maximum insult to injury. Barons and knights can sprint and jump at you, often reaching you sooner than you could imagine, and Barons can throw small BFG rounds at you. Archviles can summon monsters very fast and their fire-rape leaves continuous flames on the ground. I'll leave the Cyberdemons and Masterminds to your imagination since what they do is not pretty at all. The good news is that the player is given many advantages. Unlike BD Redemption, where Doomguy is weakened to reality, both Doomguy and his enemies are tougher. Doomguy's attacks very efficiently with fast reloading, punching, shooting, and the assistance of an item store. Some new weapons include the pistol, SMG, Auto-Shotgun, sniper-rifle, Dual-Chainsaws, and Cyberdemon's Rocket launcher (which is only available in the Heavy weapon class). Many weapons have a new tertiary fire; like adjusting the sniper scope, malt-rounds for the minigun, Rocket launcher grenade mode, and the dual wielding function was moved to the tertiary fire mode.

Walpurgis is... A gameplay mod that works with Doom, Hexen and Heretic, straight out of the Box! Focused on giving everything three fire-modes without needing any extra resources, just balancing them around standard blue and green mana/ammo consumption. Upgrades for each of those afformentioned fire-modes (think Trailblazer). Strong and fun, but balanced. Extra care has been put into making everything have punch and impact and be fun to use but not the level of overkill. I'm a mad perfectionist when I get going; so repeatedly testing something over and over whilst I tweak values is not unusual. Gothically medieval, with a taste of moderate-high fantasy. Magic is meant to semi-common in the world, whether through artifacts, or mystical items. Based around play where you get used to using both your arsenal and your inventory items in tandem. Flechettes and Discs of Repulsion are really useful now; so use them! Rigorously playtested with custom doom, heretic, and hexen wads to get a feel for how it plays with them; and to see if I can find reason to switch between my arsenal all the time (which is the sign of a good arsenal, in my opinion). Is named this way because... well, "Hexen" are witches from germanic folklore. Walpurgisnacht is a grand festival for witches in general. So as a festival of new content for Hexen related shenanigans; its doubly relevant.

Prepare to go back to hell, and wipe it out of bad guys, again Slayer's Rampage brings a fast paced experience in the good old Doom and Doom II games, with new guns, monster IA, HUD, Controls and mechanics.

Hocusdoom is a Total Conversion for Doom 2 that attempts to bring Hocus Pocus, a sidescrolling game by Apogee Software into the third dimension in a dazzling new adventure!

The air is so humid and hot that I've begun sweating. That can't happen. I can't sweat. There isn't anything to sweat. I'm scared. This has to be an illusion... or does reality not matter in this place? Lithium is a FPS-RPG hybrid building on traditional Doom gameplay with leveling and upgrades, also featuring mechanics such as an inventory system, deadlier enemies, monster mod and multiplayer compatibility, and a sci-fi story shrouded in the supernatural, inspired by games like EYE: Divine Cybermancy, Shin Megami Tensei, and the Touhou series. A significant amount of features are planned still, but the core of the mod is completed.

“Quake 2 TC” Is a TC for Doom 2 that runs solely on GZDoom. It uses all the original textures from Quake 2 on their original rendition as well as most of the ambient sounds of the game. The TC runs with the outstanding “Quake 2 Stuff” mod that brings all the weapons and enemies straight from the game into GZDoom with total accuracy. The music comes from the Quake 2 port of Nintendo 64, composed by Aubrey Hodges. My aim is to create a near perfect recreation of a ID Tech 2/Quake 2 level or expansion pack but with the Doom engine, enhanced and made possible only with GZDoom. Despite a few structural features and effects that are only possible on the Quake 2 engine, the results are near identical and that proves again how an ancient engine like Doom is capable to reach a similar level of technical capabilities with ease.

Doom 64 for Doom II is a vanilla recreation/re-imagining of the Doom 64 maps. They are made with [mostly] vanilla assets and can run in the original vanilla Doom (and Chocolate Doom). The goal was to recreate the major aspects of the maps while allowing for creative liberties where needed or wanted. There are lots of new graphics, some new textures (like skies), some new music tracks, a couple of new monsters, and minor enhancements for folks who play in advanced ports (like GZDoom).

A xp/rank/reward/mobility modification with visual/sound/text notifications. Custom "Doom Exp Settings" menu, Improved Sounds & effects and More Gore!

Doom Slayer Chronicles is the most beautiful and technologically advanced mappack for Doom2 singleplayer. Doom Slayer Chronicles (DSC) compatible with all known gameplay mods for Doom2. The DSC takes advantage of the newest features of gzdoom, such as hardware shaders, full-screen post-processing, PBR textures (normals and specular maps, also often called "bump mapping"), high-resolution textures, and of course dynamic lighting.

Dusted's Pandemonia is a gameplay mod that replaces pretty much all everything, in a classic randomizer fashion. Inspired by mods like Scalliano's 667 Shuffle, Hard Doom, Complex Doom, and Colorful Hell, this mod aims to provide a new look on the old Realm 667 content you all know and might love, while also coming with its own unique enemies, weapons, items, and special effects.

This project is a fan recreation of Doom 64 for the Nintendo 64 to the GZDoom engine. The goal of the project is be mostly accurate to the original game as well as add very minor improvements for that extra bit of polish. Think of this mod as being an enhanced version of Doom 64 for GZDoom. We have Doom 64 EX, Doom 64 Absolution TC, GZDoom64, and Brutal Doom 64. Why you ask? I was personally dissatisfied with the quality of the GZDoom64 project, and Brutal Doom 64 (while it is a great improvement) is along the same lines but changes too much and deviates from the original Doom 64 experience. And thus, this project was born.

The title says itself. Doom Incarnate is a Doom mod which is heavily based on new Wolfenstein series (TNO, TOB, TNC). It replaces our favourite hero Doomguy with two Nazi killing machines; BJ Blazkowicz and Rayne from BloodRayne.

Q: What this mod does? A: Gives vanilla Doom a fresh coat of paint, while maintaining vanilla gameplay.

Paranoiac, the sequel to Paranoid.

D4D brings Doom 2016's weapons to GZDoom for all to enjoy, including a few customized versions of the multiplayer weapons. To this day, the mod is continuously being made more and more Doom '16-like, slowly but surely. Guns. Demons. Violence. Runes. Glory. And it continues to grow to this day.

Tired of the vanilla deathmatch, where the only good gun is the SSG? In ZioMcCall's DOOM all the original weapons was remade, with smooth animations, damage re-scripted and balanced,Alt-fire system for the great part of the weapons and reload. This mod replaces even the Skulltag's deathmach weapons,so you can play with a new Grenade Launcher and a new Railgun, with scope mode. The only new weapon present in the game is the Assault rifle, wich you spawn(there is the classic pistol, don't worry). This mod is consigliable only for PvP online game modes and not for co-op and Single player.Maybe an Co-op version will exit later.
