Tomb Raider: 10th Anniversary Edition Trailer

This title is a planned remake of the original 1996 adventure, developed by Core Design to modernize the foundational quest of archaeologist Lara Croft. As a platform-shooter-adventure, gameplay centers on acrobatic traversal, puzzle-solving within intricate tombs across Peru, Greece, and Egypt, and third-person combat while seeking the fragmented Scion artifact. This edition aimed for high fidelity to the original level design, updating controls and visuals while preserving the core challenge. Although officially shelved, playable prototypes of this highly faithful version are currently being restored and experienced by the PC community.
