Expanded Single-Player Adventures

Players gain access to entirely new narrative missions that expand the Voyager universe. These missions involve high-stakes infiltration and rescue operations. One scenario tasks the player with infiltrating the stronghold of a Klingon Mercenary Lord to retrieve vital coded data. Another mission involves a direct confrontation with the villainous Dr. Chaotica in an attempt to rescue Constance Goodheart from his clutches.

Virtual Voyager Mode: Explore the Ship

A unique feature introduced is the Virtual Voyager mode. This allows players to take an interactive, virtual tour of the Federation starship USS Voyager. Players can explore major areas and rooms of the ship, including environments featured in the original game, as well as previously inaccessible locations such as officer and crew quarters. The mode includes a collectible element, challenging players to find 14 secret items hidden throughout the ship.

New Holo-Missions and Skill Testing

The expansion also features new Holo-Missions, which serve as specialized training or challenge scenarios. These test player skills on the Voyager's firing range and pit them against simulated new creatures within a simulated garden utopia environment.

How Does This Content Change Multiplayer Gameplay?

The multiplayer component receives a significant boost with 22 new Holomatch levels, pushing the competitive experience further. Furthermore, several new game types are introduced to vary the competitive structure:

New Characters and Customization Options

To further diversify multiplayer matches, the expansion adds a roster of new multiplayer models and skins. These include characters and entities drawn from the Voyager series and its associated lore, such as Captain Proton; Chaotica; Satan's Robot; Queen Arachnia; Buster; Constance Goodheart; Captain Janeway, B'Elanna Torres, and Lt. Tuvok depicted as Borgs; Boothby; and a Ferengi.

What Bonus Materials Are Included?

Beyond the core gameplay additions, the release bundles supplementary bonus materials for fans and modding enthusiasts. This includes official artwork from the original Elite Force game, updated editing and mod-making tools, and promotional demos and trailers for upcoming Activision titles.
