Story and Setting

The narrative picks up immediately following the events of the preceding installment. Sam finds himself aboard the starship SSS Centerprice, heading toward Sirius. However, an unexpected collision with a "Croteam crate-bus" sends the vessel plummeting back toward Earth. Instead of landing in Egypt as Sam feared, the crash deposits him in Central America during the Mayan age. With the starship heavily damaged, Sam learns that a backup Sirian vessel exists on Earth, but it is located in a different time period. To reach his goal, Sam must navigate the ancient landscapes and uncover the locations of hidden Sirian portals that will allow him to bridge the temporal gap.
