Prey 2 was intended as an open-world science fiction shooter where players assume the role of Air Marshal Killian Samuels after his abduction by aliens. The core gameplay loop focused on combat and exploration within this extraterrestrial, open environment. Its distinctive feature was merging shooter mechanics with a non-linear, alien-dominated setting. Note: This title was officially cancelled on October 30, 2014, and was planned for Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 3.
