The World and Narrative Premise

The story begins in Korden's Fall, a once-thriving mining settlement now reduced to a shadow of its former self due to a spreading, invisible darkness that warps creatures into bloodthirsty monsters. Following the mysterious disappearance of miners and escalating terror, your foster father, Sir Herken Salavon, leads a military unit into the icy peaks to investigate. Left behind due to insufficient training, you are soon drawn into the unfolding crisis. Your journey will take you across the continent of Narr, leading you through abandoned forts, dwarven ruins, the elven city of Recea, and the magical city of Sidis Tarea, home to the mystical Danians. The overarching goal involves uncovering the scattered pieces of the ancient legend of Dawn—a power rumored to be the only force capable of dispelling the dark forces over Ashglades.
