The "Create Your Dragon" system allows players to modify six different types of dragons, offering virtually unending visual combinations. As players progress, they must train their dragons, leveling up attributes such as speed, power, and fire capabilities to prepare them for Viking challenges and tournaments.

The game features robust combat elements, primarily through Arena Mode and a dedicated Head-to-Head Multiplayer Mode.
