Final Fantasy Tactics

1.3 is a mod made by Archael for the game Final Fantasy Tactics which greatly increases the game's difficulty by re-balancing the game. It alters enemies, items, jobs, skills, and fixes many gameplay mechanic exploits present in the original.

LFT is a modification of Final Fantasy Tactics, making some dramatic changes to its gameplay while preserving non-gameplay aspects (the story, characters, etc. have all been left unmodified). LFT has three main goals: 1. To improve the usability and balance in all aspects of gameplay, without removing options or impeding on personal preference whenever possible. (classes, items, etc.) 2. To reduce the necessity of grind and other tedious aspects of the game. (faster JP gain, easier class unlocks, better poaches, etc.) 3. To streamline the game's difficulty so that it remained challenging to a player who previously played FFT, without forcing optimization or any extraneous leveling.

This dramatic tale of ambition, betrayal, and honor comes to life again with an updated and enriched script with fully voiced dialogue, alongside improved graphics that bring a new level of immersion and playability to the battlefield. Additionally, the enhanced version brings quality-of-life updates like new difficulties, a revamped UI, auto save, and more that make the game more accessible to newcomers.
