Ingrid will be automatically unlocked for owners of the Year 3 Character Pass or Ultimate Pass. Simultaneously, Capcom is releasing Outfit 3 for all Year 3 characters, ensuring the entire season's cast gets a fresh look just as Ingrid makes her grand entrance.
