If you play Conqueror, Kensei, Highlander, or Sohei, you are about to feel a lot more mobile. These four heroes received an 8% increase to their base sprint speed. In the current meta, rotations are everything; being able to reach a contested point a few seconds faster can be the difference between a successful peel and a lost zone.
The most impactful changes, however, are the Feat revamps. Both Centurion and Peacekeeper have seen their kits modernized. Peacekeeper's new Feat structure focuses heavily on bleed synergy, making her even more lethal when stalking targets in 4v4 modes. Centurion’s updates aim to improve his utility in team fights, ensuring his specialized moveset remains relevant in the evolving power creep of newer heroes.
Several other heroes received health and damage tweaks to smooth out their performance:
- Health Buffs: Berserker, Highlander, and Hitokiri all received HP increases to improve their survivability in trades.
- Lawbringer: Adjustments to his damage curve to prevent him from being too oppressive in specific chain sequences.
- Raider: General chain improvements to keep his offense flowing more naturally.
Finally, for those who dealt with the server degradation issues this past Wednesday, Ubisoft is issuing a compensation package. Active players will find 500 Steel, 5 XP Boosts, and 1 Scavenger Crate added to their accounts. It is a nice gesture for the downtime, but the real win here is the long-awaited balancing to the core roster.
