This is the official Yoshi's Story GBA tech demo (known as Yoshi Sample). Well, it's not really a tech demo from what I now know, this is apperantly a base rom for 3rd parties to use for developing games off of it. Some notable things include 3d prerendered weights that look out of place in a Yoshi game, the bullet bills look really ugly, a giant shy-guy from early footage, question balloons (coming from the that drop health or a shy-guy), and you can zoom in on Yoshi.
