Note: Didn't expect mission 2 to be so hard. In retrospect, I should probably have attacked and wiped out black with the initial force (the dwarves can take down one of the towers in the middle which wasn't guarded by walls like the red ones and the ballista and knights could make short work of the other one).

About Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal
This 1996 real-time strategy expansion requires Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness, continuing the conflict by sending players to the Orc homeworld of Draenor to seal the Dark Portal. You engage in two new 12-mission campaigns (one Human, one Orc) and access 50 new skirmish maps featuring a distinct new tile set. Five unique, powerful hero units join each side's missions, though no new standard units are introduced. It substantially extends the single-player content but relies entirely on the base game.
