Super Mario Starshine is a community-made Mod built upon the foundation of *Super Mario Galaxy 2* for the Wii. This project focuses on porting level designs inspired by *Super Mario Sunshine* into the *Galaxy 2* engine, allowing players to experience familiar challenges utilizing the latter game's advanced physics and movement mechanics. The core gameplay loop is 3D platforming, emphasizing precise traversal across unique environments. As a modification, it offers a technical fusion of two distinct platforming styles, though it currently remains unreleased.
