PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds: Season 6, released in 2020, is a battle royale where you parachute onto an island to be the last survivor. This iteration features the smaller, faster Karakin map with destructible environments, including the "Black Zone" mechanic and Sticky Bombs for breaching walls. Aerial travel is introduced via the Motor Glider. The season also includes the Survivor Pass: Shakedown, offering new missions and rewards, alongside general sound and performance updates.
