A new version of the Metroid "HD" mod for the Mesen NES Emulator was just recently released. Keep in mind this is merely a mod and it will only work if users have a legitimate ROM of the NES game, Metroid. Also, the ROM must have a SHA-1 checksum of ecf39ec5a33e6a6f832f03e8ffc61c5d53f4f90b or the pack will not operate correctly.
!!!IMPORTANT!!!
This mod currently only works with the standalone version of Mesen 2. It is not yet compatible with Retroarch. Download Mesen 2 here:
