As a 3D boxing simulation from 1995, Foes of Ali lets you step into the ring with ten legendary fighters, including Ali himself, using jabs, hooks, and defensive blocks. Gameplay features three modes: Exhibition, an 8-man Tournament, or Career Mode where you replay Ali's historic fights in order. A distinctive feature is the visual damage system, where heavy hits cause bruises and simulated vision impairment, viewable through 21 camera angles, including a first-person perspective that reacts dynamically to eye injuries.
