Version 1.5 of Duke Nukem Forever Enhanced is now out, with two major improvements in this new release. The Duke Nukem model featured in Triptych's 2009 trailer has been restored and it's now back to action, and as a sneak peek on what will come in the future, I've also tweaked the infamous "The Hive" chapter with new music and fixed writing.

This PC Mod, released in 2022, enhances the 2011 shooter by reverting to a classic feel: sprint is removed for faster base movement, jump height is increased, and the restrictive two-weapon limit is gone. Distinctive features include faster swimming, extended breath-holding underwater, removed screen shake, and first-person driving segments. It also fixes content issues and removes Depth of Field for a more direct visual presentation.
